Finney: This Will Be The First Blockchain Phone In The World

Last Updated on May 16, 2018 by Editor Futurescope

Sirin Labs is developing the first integrated phone with Blockchain technology called Finney on the market. SIRIN strengthened ties with Foxconn International Holding (FIH), with whom the fundraiser (US $ 157.8 million) began for the device, called ‘Finney’.

For its part, the new devices will integrate prominent functions in Blockchain technology, such as the use of its Finney OS operative system, P2P (peer-to-peer) transactions, digital wallets and cold storage, as well as the solution of recurring problems in the field such as the scalability of the network, the cybersecurity factor and the speed of digital shipments.

The purpose of this sirin labs finney is to store and perform digital currency transactions more securely and quickly with a zero transaction fee. It would be useful for people who are used to doing cryptocurrency transaction or involving on it!

In this computer age, where the speed of operations implies the difference in quality of services, this device will promise to satisfy these current needs. Since it will allow the automatic conversion of any cryptocurrency thanks to its different decentralized applications.

The Finney is not the first experience with this type of smartphone from Sirin Labs. The predecessor, Solarin, ultra-secure smartphone of $ 14,000 for which the company had the backing of Israeli security contractors, failed to settle in the segment of the target market and the company had to carry out a restructuring that affected a third of Sirin’s employees.

Sirin Labs raised $157 million in last December for the finney cryptocurrency project by an initial coin offering, in addition to $70 million raised previously, as reported by CoinDesk.

Recently they reveals the specifications of finney smartphone, which are bit difference then others. Though we expect more progress on this innovative development soon.
